Right of Cancellation Policy & Right of Cancellation Form

Consumers are entitled to the right of cancellation according to the following, whereby a consumer is deemed to be any natural person, who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can neither be assigned to their commercial, nor to their independent professional activity:

A. Right of Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends after fourteen days, beginning with the day on which you or an authorized third party (who is not the deliverer) has taken possession of the last item of merchandise.

To do this, you can use the enclosed ‘Right of cancellation form’, which however is not mandatory to use.

To be in compliance with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

In case you cancel this contract, we are required to refund you all payments which we received from you, including shipping charges, (with the exception of additional costs incurred due to you selecting a different delivery method than the most affordable standard one offered by us). Refund has to be made immediately but at the latest within fourteen days of us receiving notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation.

Refunds will be handled via the same method of payment which you used in the original payment transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will we charge any fees for the refund.

We have the right to revoke the refund up until we have received the returned merchandise or you have proven to us that the merchandise was returned, whichever event occurs first.

You have to return or deliver the merchandise immediately, however no later than within fourteen days after notifying us of your intention to cancel the contract.

You are in compliance with the cancellation period if you ship the item before the fourteen cancellation period ends. You are responsible for the return charges. You are only reliable for any diminished value of the merchandise resulting from handling the merchandise in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the merchandise.
